A Study in Blue / August 2-24

The Blues Is Alive and Well by Pamela Sue Johnson

A Study in Blue August 2-24, 2019

First Friday Art Walk Opening Reception: August 2, 5-9pm

Show: August 2-24, 2019

Join us for a group show dedicated to all things blue: azul, cobalt, sapphire, indigo, aquamarine, turquoise, teal, cyan, and more. According to Jacob Olesen, “blue is the color of the sky and sea. Blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven.” (color-meanings.com) As the heat intensifies, help us cool things off with your cerulean creations.

You’re going to have to act fast to see this month’s show. Stop by for our Summer sale and pick up a lost work at a deep discount.

Angst Gallery will be closed from July 13-31 for cleaning and maintenance.
